BEATRICE NG
Joining the real estate industry at a relatively young age, Beatrice found that unlike her more senior colleagues, she did not have the benefit of contacts or a referral network. Her background in pharmaceutical science also wasn’t directly relevant to the business.
Resolute on becoming a successful real estate agent, she levelled up quickly by following the success roadmap she planned together with her mentor, Nicole.
She has won the prestigious ERA Diamond / Centurion Cup for earning more than $100K commission in a month, not just once but ELEVEN times! She is also ERA’s #1 Top Resale Achiever (Condo) for April 2019.
Beatrice leads a dynamic team of young agents, training them to be skillful real estate consultants like herself. She has been promoted to Division Director in June 2022 and has been working steadfastly towards being a top Division Director in addition to being a top producer.
KEVIN SANGJU
Kevin’s journey into real estate was fueled by a passion to help others navigate the market and a desire for financial independence. Before becoming a realtor, Kevin was a professional Jiu-Jitsu athlete as well as a rock-climbing instructor.
From Jiu-Jitsu, he gained the composure to handle high-pressure negotiations. From rock climbing, he learnt the importance of patience and strategic planning to reach the summit. These traits ensure his clients receive unwavering dedication and a competitive edge as Kevin handles every transaction with the precision and drive of a pro athlete.
Not even 30 years old and just 3 years into his real estate career, Kevin has already achieved milestones such as winning the ERA Diamond Award / Centurion Cup for earning more than $100K commission in a month, ERA Top #8 New Achievers for 2024, SIEA’s Outstanding Youths Award 2025, SIEA’s Salespersons Achievement Award (Gold) 2025 and purchasing a condominium unit!
As a seasoned real estate professional with more than 10 years of experience, Heng was already doing well in the industry. Fueled by his aspiration to add more value for his clients and also to give his family a better lifestyle, he joined Nicole Lim Division in August 2018.
With fresh perspectives and upgraded skillsets, Heng made a breakthrough in 6 short months, achieving commission of more than $100K within January 2019 and clinched the coveted Centurion Cup and ERA Diamond Award! Heng is also a member of Plush by ERA, providing professional advisory on high-end property investments.
Heng leads a team of experienced agents and is the lead trainer for Project Sales in Nicole Lim Division. In April 2022, Heng reached another milestone, winning the ERA Top 5 Managers award. In April 2023, Heng was promoted to Division Director.
As a former bank client service manager, Minyi had hectic work schedules. While she excelled in her role and enjoyed the challenges, she found herself with little time for her young children.
Desiring more quality time with her family, she became a realtor in 2022. As with any mid-career switch, the first few months were the toughest – in fact, she spent more time at work than in her previous job. However, Minyi knew these initial sacrifices were all necessary for a successful transition from a corporate employee to a top realtor, and will eventually accord her the work-life balance she pursued.
Her commitment in making mindset changes, discipline in honing her skill sets and dedication to serving her clients have since reaped returns and she was crowned ERA Champion New Achiever for August 2023. She also made more than $100K that month, winning her the ERA Diamond / Centurion Cup Award!
