Nicole has been with ERA since 2002 and leads Nicole Lim Divisions (formerly known as August Division), part of Preeminent Group. She is a graduate of the National University of Singapore with Second Class (Upper) Honours in Economics and is a Dean’s List awardee. Prior to joining ERA, Nicole was with the civil service.

In her first year as a realtor, Nicole was ranked Top 134 in ERA. This was no mean feat considering that she had to figure out most things on her own as her then manager provided little support and guidance. Furthermore, the SARS epidemic was on-going and was adversely affecting the market. Since then, Nicole has garnered an excellent track record for delivering stellar results to her clients and has been one of ERA’s Top Achievers every single year.

As a team leader, she is a firm believer in developing her fellow teammates to reach their fullest potential and has been recognised for her leadership ability with numerous Top Manager and Top Division Director awards over the years.

Nicole has also emerged as Champion Trainer for 2 years running since the inception of the ERA Top Trainer Award 2 years ago.
